Can anyone help me with this painful problem?

Before I begin, please try not to be too judgemental ok? I just really want this pain to go away. I am 14 years old, I haven't had sex in 3months so i know im not pregnant. But there is a clear white liquid leaking out of my boobs and they hurt. and when i squeeze more comes out. Why is this happening? should I be worried? What should I do to help with the pain?
