Once a black mailer always a black mailer, just cancel your facebook and don't give in to your brothers blackmail, call his bluff, cancel your account first of course. By the way your parents know best and they only have your best interest at heart. Maybe if you ask nicely and tell them they can be your friend they will let you have an facebook account.
