Getting blackmailed, what can i do?

My ex is blackmailing me and is being really clever about it, i've got no proof. it's all what he says, no texts or e-mails, nothing. he's making me sh*t my pants tonight on cam for him, i cant tell him no, i feel so helpless. what can i do?
