How do i get my brother to leave me alone?

My brother is really mean and annoying and always making fun of me.. I hate talking+seeing her. I can't get revenge since she'll just get revenge back. My brother doesn't listen to anything. If I try to explain anything, he'll just start making fun of me. She always bust into my room. She's also always embarrassing me and blackmailing me. I told my mom and dad before but my brother still doesn't listen.I can't move out because i'm only 14
