If we are to heal our nation by improving its moral health shouldn't all things be considered?

Corporations and private citizens alike would be held accountable by the market if the government got out of the way. We do not need the government holding people accountable. The government has neither the will, nor the wisdom, nor the man power to hold everyone accountable for their wrong doings. More often than not they provide the cover for people who wish to avoid accountability.
