I have 6 stray puppies under my pouch deck... how do i get them out without harming them or maybe dying?

a stray mama dog has lead her 6 puppies underneath my pouch deck. i tried using food to get them out but- they are only 7-10 weeks old and not responding to food or calls. what can i do to get them out from under the tight squeeze with out hurting them or being bite. would they stay under there til they die? or can mama dog get them out of there?
