Is this really so wrong if it makes us happy?

I dont know where yall live so im not quite sure on the laws for parental rights but I am sure they are pretty much the same from state to state. Tell you bf to quit putting it off and go get a lawyer and file for custody and then she cant go anywhere until the hearing is over.
