Please ONLY serious advice what can be done to prevent this happening?

My friends ex-fiance is blackmailing her but she has not proof. He made her flash her brest on SKYPE and clicked pictures of her without her knowing about it. You can not see her full face only her lip es,neck,shoulders,brest and belly but with the same background the photos can easily get identified.Now she is worried like hell that he will destroy her life by spreading them on net if he has not already done it... Please serious advice what can be done to prevent this happening?
