Will taking my friends place ruin my chances with my crush?

My friend lost a bet with a group of girls (one of which Ive had a crush on), just after the first day i came to find him trying to hide from everyone else with tear stains telling me they even drugged telling him they want to make him into "one of the girls", i don't know why, though out of anger i made a trade with them, him for me so long as they left him alone(ive known him since forever)... what should i do, they have blackmail of him sucking a damn dildo in a skirt... cant help wondering what their gonna do to me...
