Can an employer really legally make you work 60 hours per week if your salaried?

I know of someone who has been told by their employer in New York state that he and everyone else that is salaried are going to have to start working 60 hour work weeks. He says he has checked into it and found that it's perfectly legal for the employer to do this. Obviously no one is happy about it but they plan to do it in order to keep their jobs. These people have families that need their time! How could this possibly be legal? How can they get out of being blackmailed to do this?

Is my lip piercing infected?

I have had my lip piercing for a little over a week. I got it done at a sanitary tattoo parlor. About 3 or 4 days ago it has had a red and white circle surrounding it. I have been putting Bactine on it until today, before I found out it was bad for piercings. But, on the inside, it is healing fine. There is an indention from where the inside had been pushed in from my teeth and puffiness of my lip after i got it pierced but the inside is fine. Do breast lifting excercises really help?

My breasts are in pretty bad shape. I'm only 18 years old, never been pregnant or anything but my breasts are extremely saggy, mostly due to the fact that i for some stupid reason went 6 months without wearing a bra one time, and also due to yoyo dieting, and their size (40 DD) and not wearing the right bra size... I dont have the kind of cash for a breast lift and dont live in the united states so insurance wont cover that. 7th Grade Romance, what do I do?

I just finished 7th grade and it was the worst year of my life. My best friend was dating a horrible guy who was my worst enemy. My worst enemy's best friend was my crush. Since you say that your tank provides many hiding spots and coverings it sounds like you have a lot in your tank to begin with. My personal experience is that if you crowd an angelfish it can get very aggressive. Don't add any more fish there isn't enough room as it is.

Is this super bad for my body?

I've been on lyrica and gabapentin for a year now. The first time I came off my doc said I could just go cold turkey, but I had really bad withdrawl so I went back on it. I say this because pretty much all of the yoyos that you mentioned specialize in string tricks and advanced ones at that. Its good to get the basics down first with a cheap yoyo then decide what type of yoyoer you want to be:D. But if you already have the basics down then I would get the Dark Magic 2.

Going swimming with my nose piercing on?

I am going to go swimming at my friend's pool on 4th of July, well actually July 3rd since it is supposed to rain July 4th. Last year, I did swim with my nose ring, but I was just really nervous it would get pulled out or come out since I hold my nose while underwater. Hey I have a 30 gallon tank, and honestly nothing seems to live in it. We've had the water perfect, but over the years only a select few kinds of fish seem to live. Right now we have 6 yoyo loaches, and have had them for a few years but we need an algae eater. Plecos, no matter what kind, don't live too long, in my 100 gall tank our 3 plecos are doing amazing, so is there a good alternative to a pleco? I'm 23. 5'11 & weigh in at 284. I know i'm fat but i'm trying my hardest to lose it. I just want to change my life around and make me being healthy my main priority. I'm going to a wedding in August and will like to be 200 pounds before I go. I'm currently on a workout program called INSANITY. The workouts last about 45 mins a day. So i'm burning from 500 cals-700. I only want 3 big meals a day.. but very very low in calories. Like 300 calories for each meal is fine as long as their big on low calorie foods (vegetables, lean chicken, protein shakes that can replace a meal, etc.) & then 2 small snacks of like 60 cals. each. So That's 1020 calories a day. When i'm done losing the weight I'd like to be more active and will add more activities to my lifestyle and will make it 1800 calories a day instead of 1020. But right now I just want to look good for that wedding, yet remain healthy and not yoyo diet. I want to be FIT for a long time.

This is pretty gross but i'm kinda worried. Well i have ulcerative colitis and i go to the bathroom everyday (number #2) but it hurts really bad like bad stomach cramping and sometimes my stomach muscles contract and like squeeze pretty much. i found some old xrated pictures of my husband and his old flame. i was very upset and told him about them. he told me to delete them he had forgotten they were there.
